Description de l'emploi
Le/La Chargé(e) d'affaires est en charge de la bonne gestion du personnel, des études et des chantiers dont il a la responsabilité. Il gère, organise et contrôle les activités relatives à ces derniers en atteignant une rentabilité, une satisfaction client et un épanouissement des travailleurs les plus élevés possibles.
Le/La Chargé(e) d'affaires est en relations financières, commerciales et/ou techniques avec le client, les différents services internes et d'autres corps de métier, cotraitants, sous-traitants, fournisseurs.
Voici une liste non exhaustive des tâches principales :
Dimension technique :
- Vous êtes en charge des prises de décisions appropriées en vue de l'élaboration du projet ;
- Vous préparez des études d'installation, des offres de prix, des soumissions ;
- Vous veillez au respect des règles de sécurité sur vos projets et effectuez les inspections et analyses de risques mensuelles ;
- Vous participez aux réunions de chantier et rédigez les rapports si besoin.
- Vous vous assurez que le dossier administratif et technique du projet est bien complet en termes de fiches techniques, plans, planning ;
- Vous organisez vos équipes et les opérations sur chantier ainsi que la chaîne logistique ;
- Vous collaborez avec les départements internes (magasinier, service salaire, bureau d'études, dessinateurs) ;
- Vous participez aux réunions périodiques avec votre service et aux sessions de travail dans le cadre du développement de l'entreprise ;
- Vous veillez au suivi budgétaire de vos chantiers ;
- Contrôle des prestations et des frais, analyse du budget et de la rentabilité chantier, établissement de la facturation des chantiers et suivi administratif et budgétaire de vos chantiers.
- Vos contacts avec les fournisseurs vous permettent le choix des meilleures solutions pour vos clients au meilleur prix ;
- Vous effectuez des adaptations de l'offre initiale en fonction des désidératas des clients en valorisant les travaux supplémentaires.
- Ingénieur électricien ou équivalent par l'expérience professionnelle ;
- De préférence minimum 5 années d'expérience dans une fonction équivalente ;
- Maîtrise du français avec connaissance active de l'anglais et du néerlandais.
Qualités requises :
- Assiduité, fiabilité, disponibilité, ponctualité, organisation ;
- Posséder un esprit d'analyse et de synthèse ;
- Disposer de qualités de communication orale et écrite ;
- Maîtriser les outils Office (Excel/Word, etc.) ;
- Disposer d'une sensibilité aux dimensions juridiques des dossiers commerciaux ;
- Sens des responsabilités, apte à la prise de décision ;
- Être à l'écoute des nouvelles technologies et/ou méthodes se développant dans notre secteur d'activité.
- Un travail varié dans une équipe soudée.
- Des formations complémentaires dans les domaines qui ne seraient pas entièrement maîtrisés.
- Un package salarial attractif à la hauteur de l'expérience acquise.
