Als Service Delivery Manager binnen onze afdeling Data & Analytics stuur jij een team van data-experten aan om data services te leveren aan verschillende interne klanten. Een job met impact en verantwoordelijkheid

Wat doe je als Service Delivery Manager?

  • Je coördineert alle activiteiten binnen jouw service center en zorgt er met je team van experten (data-scientists, business analysten, BI engineer, enz.) voor dat data bewust worden ingezet om de toekomst vorm te geven.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de business. Je maakt een technische en functionele doorvertaling van hun noden en stemt de service daarop af.
  • Je werkt de Service Level Agreements (SLA's) uit met onze interne partners en zorgt er samen met je team voor dat ze worden nageleefd.
  • Je adviseert jouw business partners over het gebruik van data binnen hun operating units.
  • Je maakt deel uit van het kenniscentrum Service Delivery Management, waar jij samen met collega's best practices uitwisselt en nadenkt over hoe de diensten efficiënter kunnen aangeboden worden aan de business partners.

Je werkt vanuit Halle en kan tot 2 dagen per week thuiswerken of in onze regionale kantoren in Mechelen, Haasrode of Zwijnaarde.

Profiel

  • Opleiding en ervaring: Je hebt ervaring in het onderhouden van relaties met interne business partners en hun noden te capteren. Je hoeft geen data-expert te zijn maar een basis is nodig om met je team te kunnen spreken.
  • Probleemoplossend vermogen: Een probleem zie jij als een uitdaging waarvoor je graag de mouwen opstroopt. Je houdt het hoofd koel en komt samen met het team tot een goede oplossing.
  • Klantgericht: Je bent behulpzaam en staat voor een goede dienstverlening. Je krijgt energie van tevreden klanten en goede relaties.
  • Communicatief: Je kan jouw inzichten helder en overtuigend overbrengen aan collega's, klanten en partners.
  • Assertief: Je neemt vol zelfvertrouwen je verantwoordelijkheid op en durft knopen doorhakken, ook als de beslissing niet evident is.
  • Talen: Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels, zodat je met al je collega's, partners en stakeholders goed kan samenwerken. Kennis van het Frans is een plus.
