For a leading international industrial and intralogistics company, we are looking for a Service (Operations) Manager (Back Office) to support service operations and ensure smooth coordination between back-office activities, field teams, and management.Your roleCoordinate daily service back-office operationsSupport management with planning, performance, onboarding, and administrationFollow up on orders, stock, and SAP activitiesManage escalations and ensure operational continuityAct as backup for service leadership and coordinatorsCollaborate closely with R&D and field teamsEnsure compliance with QSHE standardsYour profileStrong service mindset and excellent organizational skillsExperience with SAP and stock managementFamiliarity with mobile and shuttle systemsProactive, pragmatic, and solution-orientedFluent in English (Dutch, French or German is a plus)What’s on offerTotal compensation package of approx. €75,000 gross per yearCompany car€200 monthly net allowanceMeal vouchers, insurance, CAO 90 bonus
