For a leading international industrial and intralogistics company, we are looking for a Service (Operations) Manager (Back Office) to support service operations and ensure smooth coordination between back-office activities, field teams, and management. Your role Coordinate daily service back-office operations Support management with planning, performance, onboarding, and administration Follow up on orders, stock, and SAP activities Manage escalations and ensure operational continuity Act as backup for service leadership and coordinators Collaborate closely with R&D and field teams Ensure compliance with QSHE standards Your profile Strong service mindset and excellent organizational skills Experience with SAP and stock management Familiarity with mobile and shuttle systems Proactive, pragmatic, and solution-oriented Fluent in English (Dutch, French or German is a plus) What's on offer Total compensation package of approx. €75,000 gross per year Company car €200 monthly net allowance Meal vouchers, insurance, CAO 90 bonus
