B.E.S. (Business & Engineering Solutions) is growing and thus welcoming a new Senior Project Quality Engineer in our Aeronautics team. As a Senior Project Quality Engineer at B.E.S., you will enjoy a collaborative environment where you will work closely with others in an organization that encourages and values collaboration, mentoring, and continuous learning. Your Responsibilities: Lead and manage quality activities across multiple military aircraft development projects, ensuring compliance with stringent aerospace and defense standards. Define, implement, and monitor quality strategies, processes, and KPIs throughout the project lifecycle. Act as the primary interface between internal teams, suppliers, and customers on all quality-related matters. Anticipate risks, propose mitigation plans, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to guarantee delivery excellence. Support project teams in applying best practices in quality assurance, configuration management, and documentation control. Contribute to audits, certifications, and customer reviews, ensuring projects consistently meet contractual and regulatory requirements. Your Profile: Senior professional with 10+ years of experience in quality management within the aerospace or defense industry. Proven track record in leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects with a strong focus on quality and compliance. Solid knowledge of aerospace quality standards (EN9100, ISO, AQAP, etc.) and defense-related requirements. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, able to influence and align cross-functional teams. Analytical mindset with a pragmatic approach to solving problems and driving performance. Fluent in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in French is a strong asset. Willingness to work on-site regularly and occasionally travel to suppliers or customer locations.
