Sogeti Belgium is looking for you More particularly, the Ghent office is hiring new colleagues to help and support their many clients in West and East Flanders.
We are currently looking for medior to senior scrum master/consultants to join our teams and deliver high-end consultancy services to our clients. For more information on our culture and ambition, please check our website.

Our regional team is looking for a person with a strong ability in working in a group and innovation spirit. You have proven experience as scrum master, have experience in managing a team, and a good understanding and knowledge of IT delivery.

Your profile – Skills & Experiences (in accordance with your level)
- Higher Education (Bachelor - Master level)
- Extended Scrum Master experience in an IT environment
- Professional skills – certification is a plus (PSM 2 / SAFe Scrum Master at least)
- Advanced Communication Skills including the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
- Good understanding of the (business) processes and requirements
- DevOps knowledge
- Successfully supported an organization in a global context with coaching and relationship management
- Strong leadership skills and committed to getting the job done

Local Office: Ghent
Focus area: West & East Flanders
Languages and mobility
- Resident in the region
- Fluent communication skills in Dutch and English (French is a big plus)
