Bij Sioux Technologies draait alles om het leggen van de totale puzzel. En dat kunnen we niet zonder jou, een gedreven Software Engineer. Als C++ Software Engineer ben je nauw betrokken bij elke stap van de softwareontwikkeling en met je team medeverantwoordelijk voor requirements, design en implementatie, testen en documentatie. Jij kunt de vertaalslag maken tussen verschillende complexe systemen waarbij je met passie en plezier software naar een next level brengt.

De langdurige projecten in jouw regio: Antwerpen, Gent, Leuven, Herentals, Brugge zorgen ervoor dat je diep in de materie komt en daar veel kunt leren.

De ideale kandidaat heeft ervaring met één of meer van de volgende:

  1. Linux device driver ontwikkeling, Yocto, Open Source, OpenWRT
  2. Real-time besturingssystemen zoals VxWorks, FreeRTOS, RTEMS, eCos,…
  3. Telecom toepassingen (TCP/IP, Wifi, VoIP, LTE, MQTT, XMPP,…)
  4. Video standaarden (DVB-S/T/C, streaming: mpeg-2/4,…)
  5. IoT, virtualisatie of cloud-computing (Docker, OpenStack, Azure, AWS, Google,…)
  6. Multi-threaded toepassingen
  7. SW ontwikkelmethoden en technieken (UML, Agile/Scrum, Real-time,…)
  8. OOA/D/P (C++, STL, Boost, C#, .Net, Python,…)
  9. Build, versiecontrole en CI systemen (Git, Jenkins, Teamcity,…)

Functie-eisen:

  1. Je hebt een opleiding op ing., ir. of master niveau afgerond
  2. Je hebt ervaring in technische softwareontwikkeling
  3. Je bent sterk in C++
  4. Je hebt een gedegen kennis van Linux, Windows of een andere OS omgeving
  5. Je bent kwaliteitsbewust en hebt goede test skills
  6. Je communiceert zowel in het Nederlands als het Engels
