Datacenter United is een dynamisch en snelgroeiend bedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in de ontwikkeling en exploitatie van datacenters. Onze innovatieve oplossingen vormen het hart van digitale transformaties en we bedienen klanten in diverse sectoren met een sterke focus op duurzaamheid en betrouwbaarheid. Ter ondersteuning van onze verdere groei zijn wij op zoek naar een Financial Controller (vestiging Antwerpen of Evere) die ons helpt bij het opzetten van een solide financiële structuur en rapportagesystemen. Als Financial Controller speel je een sleutelrol in het professionaliseren van onze financiële processen. Dit is een nieuwe functie binnen ons bedrijf, wat betekent dat je de kans krijgt om de financiële basis vanaf de grond op te bouwen. In deze rol rapporteer je tijdelijk rechtstreeks aan de CEO, met wie je ook nauw samenwerkt om inzicht te verschaffen in onze financiële situatie en prestaties. Op termijn zal je rapporteren aan de CFO, dewelke nog aangeworven dient te worden. Verantwoordelijkheden: Ontwikkelen en implementeren van een robuuste financiële structuur, inclusief processen en systemen. Opstellen en beheren van maandelijkse, kwartaal- en jaarrapportages. Analyseren van financiële gegevens en opstellen van managementrapportages. Opzetten en monitoren van budgetten, forecasts en KPI's. Beheren van cashflow en het opstellen van liquiditeitsprognoses. Ondersteunen bij interne en externe audits. Identificeren van verbeterkansen binnen financiële processen en implementeren van efficiënties. Wij zoeken een gedreven professional die zelfstandig kan werken, maar ook samen met de CEO/CFO een strategische visie op financiële processen kan ontwikkelen. Je bent analytisch sterk, oplossingsgericht en beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden. Een hogere opleiding in Finance, Accountancy, Bedrijfseconomie of een vergelijkbare richting. Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen een private equity-structuur, bij voorkeur in een snelgroeiende (technologische) organisatie. Uitgebreide ervaring met financiële analyse, rapportages en het ontwikkelen van financiële processen. Goede kennis van ERP-systemen en rapportagetools. Sterke beheersing van Excel en andere analytische tools. Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels. Ervaring binnen de datacenterindustrie of een vergelijkbare technische sector is een plus.
