Description- In the first few months, you will immerse yourself in the world of insurance, together with a close-knit group of fellow startups. You'll take theoretical courses and receive practical guidance.
- Once you are up and running, you will assist our clients with all their insurance needs. With your empathy and commercial attitude, you enter into the necessary conversations and propose appropriate (insurance) solutions.
- As a team player, you share the drive to achieve the goals of the office together with your colleagues, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- You will continuously invest in your own development to grow into a 'super advisor', and for this you can count on guidance from your Field Manager.
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree.
- You are good at communicating and especially good at listening to others.
- You're often told you're empathetic (and not just by moms).
- You have an added advantage through experience in the insurance sector or with customer contacts.
- A degree in law practice, law, real estate, finance, and insurance is also a plus for you.
- You are fluent in Dutch and French.
