Als Client Expert Advisor ben jij het gezicht en de stem van ALD Automotive/LeasePlan. Jij bent dé persoon die een glimlach tovert op het gezicht van onze klanten en draagt grotendeels bij aan de klantentevredenheid.
Wat houdt dit in?
Als Client Expert Advisor beantwoordt je vragen van klanten via telefoon, WhatsApp en e-mail en voorziet hen van uitgebreide antwoorden.
Onze klanten variëren van individuen tot grote bedrijven, en hun vragen zijn uiteenlopend: een aanpassing aan een BTW-nummer? Een pechgeval langs de weg? Een vraag over een technische keuring?

ProfileBen jij de Client Expert Advisor die we zoeken? Dan doorloop je moeiteloos onderstaande criteria:
Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma of hebt aantoonbare ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.Communicatie is jouw tweede natuur en je beheerst zowel het Nederlands als het Frans uitstekend, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.Naast praten ben je ook een uitstekende luisteraar; je begrijpt wat je gesprekspartner nodig heeft en helpt hen met plezier verder.Je bent in staat om onder druk te presteren, en het afhandelen van tot wel 80 telefoontjes per dag schrikt je niet af.Geduld, empathie en een oplossingsgerichte instelling zijn jouw kenmerken.Aangezien we niet met vooraf geschreven scripts werken, is analytisch vermogen essentieel, je kunt snel inschatten wat er nodig is om klanten effectief te helpen.Als teamspeler begrijp je het belang van het documenteren van informatie, zodat deze beschikbaar is voor je collega's en we niet telkens hetzelfde hoeven te doen.
