Job Description:

IT Business Analyst (IT BA) – Role Description

Lead and drive the initiative from business analysis through solution delivery, working closely with CLT(Customer Loyalty Teams), Business stakeholders, and IT teams.
Engage directly with end users and business stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and objectives.
Analyse business processes, document current and target-state flows, and translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
Challenge assumptions, ask the right questions, and work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify the most effective and sustainable solutions.
Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and solution-design skills, with the ability to understand both business and technical perspectives.
Act as a project lead/coordinator, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, tracking progress, managing dependencies, and driving timely delivery.
Exhibit a proactive, can-do attitude, strong ownership, and accountability, escalating risks, issues, and deviations to the stakeholders when necessary.
