In het Security Operations Center (SOC) is er 24/24h en 7/7d permanentie om (nood)oproepen van reizigers en NMBS-personeel te beantwoorden. Je zorgt als Dispatcher voor het algemeen veiligheidsgevoel voor de reizigers en de collega's in het station en de trein.
Wat is jouw rol bij NMBS?Het Security Operations Center (SOC) is een noodcentrale voor oproepen van reizigers en personeel. Dagelijks komen hier meer dan 300 oproepen binnen, daarom zijn we op zoek naar nieuwe collega's
Als dispatcher in het SOC heb je volgende verantwoordelijkheden:
- Je beantwoordt (nood)oproepen.
- Je biedt ondersteuning via telefoon of via digitale applicaties zoals Whatsapp.
- Afhankelijk van de situatie en de urgentiegraad neem je contact op met politie-, hulp-, en veiligheidsdiensten of met collega's binnen NMBS en Infrabel als het gaat over een situatie met impact op het realtime treinverkeer.
- Je handelt snel om het treinverkeer te verzekeren, de veiligheid te garanderen en het welzijn van onze reizigers en onze collega's te waarborgen.
- Je ondersteunt de Securail-collega's op het terrein en stuurt ze aan.
- Je doet camerabewaking en slaat de beelden op indien nodig.
- Je maakt een nauwkeurig verslag op van je interventies.
Daarnaast zijn er minimum vereisten voor de functie:
- Je behaalde minstens een diploma van het hoger secundair onderwijs.
- Je hebt een nationaliteit van een lidstaat van de Europese Economische Ruimte of van de Zwitserse Bondsstaat.
- Je hebt een rijbewijs B of behaalt dat binnenkort.
- Je bent bereid om in een ploegensysteem te werken. De mogelijke werkuren zijn 06u-14u, 14u-22u of 22u-06u.
- Je kan autonoom werken, maar dat betekent niet dat je er alleen voor staat.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van het Frans waardoor je alle oproepen kan behandelen.
- Je hebt sterke mondelinge én schriftelijke communicatieskills; je stelt de juiste vragen, bent klant- en doelgericht.
- Je analyseert kritisch de situatie en informatie en bent in staat om op gepaste wijze te reageren en oplossingsgericht aan de slag te gaan, ook in grote stresssituaties.
- Je kan omgaan met psychologisch belastende gebeurtenissen.
Het is een pluspunt als je ervaring hebt in een alarmcentrale, callcenter, noodcentrale of dispatching.

Je zal werken in het Security Operations Center van Brussel-Zuid. Je werkt op wandelafstand van het station.
Je solliciteert online. Deze functie wordt door de Nationale Veiligheidsoverheid als gevoelig beschouwd. Daarom geef je je akkoord voor een veiligheidsverificatie. Daarnaast voert de FOD Binnenlandse Zaken een onderzoek uit naar de veiligheidsvoorwaarden. We vragen ook hiervoor je toestemming.
We bekijken je cv en nemen telefonisch contact met je op.
Je maakt een online taaltest Frans (niveau B1).
Je wordt vervolgens uitgenodigd voor een sollicitatiegesprek waarin je je motivatie en competenties kan tonen. Wij zullen alvast nagaan of je over de volgende competenties beschikt: empathisch luisteren, stressbestendigheid, heldere communicatie en problemen oplossen. Om dit gesprek voor te bereiden, vul je een persoonlijkheidsvragenlijst in en maak je een test waarmee we je schriftelijke vaardigheden evalueren. Dit wordt eventueel aangevuld met een (online) testbatterij.
Je legt psychotechnische testen af bij Selor.
Je doorloopt een medisch onderzoek & bezorgt ons de nodige administratieve documenten.
