Your Key Responsibilities: Define and Execute Practice Strategy:Work closely with practice leaders to align strategic objectives with the organization's global ambitions.Conduct market analyses, evaluate competition, and identify strategic opportunities.Monitor individual and collective practice performance, propose action plans, and ensure their implementation. Optimize Practice Operations:Standardize and professionalize internal processes to improve operational efficiency.Organize strategic meetings with practice leaders and support functions (Finance, HR, Marketing, IT).Oversee the management of opportunity pipelines and coordinate key client management platforms. Drive Knowledge Management:Centralize and structure strategic resources for the practice (databases, case studies, tools).Organize and lead knowledge-sharing sessions (webinars, workshops) to strengthen internal collaboration.Ensure the maintenance of knowledge management tools (SharePoint, Teams) for optimal accessibility of information.
