If your answer is yes, you’d make a perfect Solution Expert Your challenge As a Solution Expert, you focus on a specific planning or expertise domain within one of our industry solutions. You provide specialist input to the industry solution team on potential improvement areas in line with our solution road map. Our Delivery teams count on your expertise during the design and configuration stage, as well as throughout project implementation. You Are Responsible For Initiating new implementation topics and following up the implementation process independently within your expert area. Aligning with project teams to ensure the solution’s functionality is used as intended. Identifying potential gaps in our development roadmap. Providing input on priorities to the solution manager and preparing the industry solution development planning. Supporting project teams as they design and implementation topics within your area of expertise. Your team As a Solution Expert, you’ll join the Industry team, as part of our Customer Solutions organization. The Industry team realizes the targets and strategies set in the industry business plans together with the Commercial and Delivery teams. The Industry team guides and supports the Commercial and Delivery teams with industry-specific commercial expertise, advice, and solutions. About You Essential talents and qualifications: University degree in engineering, business engineering, computer science, or similar. Strong affinity with IT as programming skills are required, including macro coding similar to VBA. Great analytical skills and problem-solving abilities. Expertise in supply chain planning. Affinity with one of our target industries. Good communications skills and able to connect with different stakeholders. A passion for working in a multinational, customer-driven environment.
