Wat als je jouw technische expertise kon inzetten in een uitdagende people management-functie? Als Operation Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijks beheer van technische installaties bij onze klanten regio Oost-Vlaanderen. Je combineert technische kennis met leidinggevende skills en zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking tussen jouw team en de klanten.Wat ga je doen?· je beheert het technisch, commercieel en financieel luik van onderhoudscontracten· je geeft leiding aan een team van teamleaders (2-3) en techniekers (10-20)· je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten zoals lokale en federale besturen, gebouweigenaars en beheerders· je zorgt voor duidelijke communicatie intern (team, interne diensten) en extern (klanten, leveranciers)· je volgt de budgetten en cijfers op en stuurt bij waar nodig· je vertaalt contractuele verplichtingen naar work orders in ons FMIS-systeem (Salesforce Field Service)· je stelt onderhoudsplanningen op en bewaakt de uitvoeringWat breng je mee?· masterdiploma in een technische richting (bij voorkeur elektromechanica) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring· ervaring in een leidinggevende functie is een must· goede technische kennis van HVAC en elektriciteit· sterke communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden· je bent klantgericht, gestructureerd en oplossingsgericht· je beschikt over people management skills en wil deze verder ontwikkelen· zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands
