Mission Avesta is seeking an experienced Legal Director to join our dynamic team to lead our legal department and provide expert guidance on all legal matters affecting the company. This role requires a proactive leader with strong business acumen and the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments. Key Responsibilities Oversee all legal operations and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Advise senior management on legal risks, corporate governance, and strategic decisions. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Manage litigation, disputes, and relationships with external counsel. Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to mitigate risk. Stay updated on relevant legislation and regulatory changes impacting the business. Requirements Law degree; admission to practice law in (jurisdiction). Minimum of 10 years of legal experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of corporate law, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance. Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
