In this role, you are driving the transformation and change of Securitas Services & Solutions. You will work with teams from different departments and are reporting to the Director of Transformation, Marketing & Communication.Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Business Project Manager to join our Transformation team. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing complex business projects from inception to completion. You will play a crucial role in driving organizational success by ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the expected quality standards.Overall responsible of the project by leading the project team in an efficient and effective wayAlign project goals with strategic business objectivesResponsible for project plan creation, execution, coordination and project deliverablesEnsure that the project is delivered on time, on budget with the agreed scopeCoordinate project preparation activities: identify stakeholders, set-up cross functional team, develop communication planConduct risk assessment and formulate mitigation actionsFacilitate workshops with relevant stakeholders to gather input and drive consensus, buy-in and adoptionAct as an advisor, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on business knowledge and project findingsIdentify opportunities for improvement and implement best practicesMaintain effective communication with stakeholders and SteerCoGuide the organisation through the implementation and ensure smooth and successful transition to operational useEvaluate project outcomes and document lessons learnedPromote culture of continuous improvementQualificationMin.
