Jouw nieuwe functie Voor een van onze klanten in het centrum van Brussel zijn we op zoek naar een administratief profiel dat voornamelijk verantwoordelijk zal zijn voor het invoeren van technische informatie in SharePoint. Deze persoon zal de structuur van de dossiers binnen de afdeling beheren, evenals de toegangsrechten. Daarnaast zal hij/zij de teams begeleiden in het gebruik van het systeem, de documentatie beheren en up-to-date houden, het systeem documenteren en een handleiding en formulieren opstellen om het interne team te ondersteunen bij het dagelijks beheer van het systeem. Jouw profiel Voor deze specifieke functie zoeken we een kandidaat met een opleiding in archiefbeheer of documentatiebeheer en een gelijkaardige ervaring. Iemand met een grondige kennis van het SharePoint-systeem en vertrouwd met specifieke functionaliteiten zoals TermStore, metadata en toegangsbeheer. Je hebt het Frans of Nederlands als moedertaal en een B2-niveau in de andere taal. Minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie is vereist.
