Als Site Manager kom je terecht in de technische omgeving binnen de farmaceutische en fijn chemische industrie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie en leiding van een werf. Je werkt in een team van ervaren collega's (zoals lasser/monteurs, werfleiders, mechanical engineers) en realiseert de door de klant opgedragen projecten. Jij draagt, als leidinggevende (afhankelijk van de omvang van het project of de werf), de verantwoordelijkheid voor een deel van de of voor alle uit te voeren werkzaamheden en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de project manager.

- Je doet de voorbereiding van de werfactiviteiten/projecten door het personeel in te plannen met de operations manager, het materiaal te bestellen, de plannen te analyseren en de uitvoering van de werken proactief in te schatten met de project manager.
- Je behandelt de inkoop van het materiaal voor de werf in overleg met de aankoopverantwoordelijke, en dit met de nodige aandacht voor kostenbesparingen.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de werkzaamheden op de werf veilig uitgevoerd worden door o.a. zelf op de werf inspectierondes te doen en maandelijks een toolbox te houden. Je doet dagelijks de startwerkbesprekingen.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de technische uitvoering conform de specificaties van de klant en normen.
- Je begeleidt de indienstname van de installaties en rondt de werken administratief af.
- Je onderhoudt goede contacten met de klant/studiebureau en bespreekt de uitvoering en de vooruitgang van de werken.
- Je staat in voor de coaching en een goede communicatie van jouw team inclusief de onderaannemers, evenals een vlotte samenwerking met collega's.
- Je bent in het bezit van een Bachelor of Master opleiding Elektromechanica (of een andere relevante studie).
- Je werkt graag in een industriële omgeving (enige ervaring is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste).
- Je beschikt over een VCA-attest en een rijbewijs B.
- Je bent klantgericht en goed georganiseerd.
- Je bent flexibel, leergierig, veiligheidsbewust en beschikt over verantwoordelijkheidszin.
- Je beschikt over een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands, Frans is een plus.
