De afdeling Building Infrastructure & Energy is verantwoordelijk zowel voor het dagelijks beheer als voor de diverse vastgoedprojecten (renovatie, herinrichting) van de centrale en de regionale gebouwen.

De job in een notendop
Jouw hoofdopdrachten omvatten:
- Zorgen voor het beheer en de coördinatie van het onderhoud van onze sites.
- De monitoring en het beheer van de onderhoudsbudgetten en ervoor zorgen dat ze binnen het afgesproken kader blijven.
- Het uitwerken en monitoren van de technische werkzaamheden (kleine werken en werken in regie).
- De technische procedures voor de gebouwen in beheer uitwerken.
- Opvolging, beheer en monitoring van de energieprestaties van de gebouwen in beheer en verbetervoorstellen doen.
- Aanspreekpunt en back-up voor de energiecertificeringen van de afdeling (BREEAM, PLAGE, EPC, milieuvergunningen, audits).
- Aankoop van energie (gas en elektriciteit): in samenwerking met Procurement de energieleveringscontracten opstellen.
- Zorgen voor bewijskrachtige documentatie ter attentie van de certificeerders en de andere instanties (analisten, auditors).
- Zorgen voor de analyse van de gegevens voor het prioriteren van de corrigerende acties en het beperken van de exploitatiekosten.
- Samen met je collega's zorg je om de beurt voor de permanente beschikbaarheid buiten de werkuren (wachtdienst).
- Je zorgt autonoom voor het algemeen beheer en de opvolging van het onderhoud van de technische installaties (elektriciteit, HVAC).

- Je behaalde een diploma industrieel ingenieur elektromechanica of elektriciteit.
- Goede technische vaardigheden en analytisch vermogen.
- Je kan autonoom en in teamverband werken.
- Je gaat gestructureerd en georganiseerd te werk.
- Tweetalig NL/FR, kennis van het Engels.
