Fujitsu is looking for an experienced Data Warehouse and Reporting Developer to join a high-impact project for a prestigious EU Institution. Location: Brussels, Belgium (On-Site) Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports, applying best practices in data visualization and user experience Build and manage scalable data pipelines and queries from Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS), Azure Synapse Analytics, and Oracle databases Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to define data requirements and business logic Implement and manage Power BI security, including Row-Level Security (RLS) and workspace permissions, in line with data governance policies Optimize and troubleshoot datasets and reports (performance tuning, refresh strategies, data integrity) Document end-to-end BI solutions, including data architecture, data flows, and security configurations Knowledge & Skills Excellent knowledge of Power BI (DAX, Power Query/M, data modelling, visualization best practices) Strong experience integrating Power BI with Azure Synapse, ADLS, and Oracle Solid understanding of data modelling (star schema, normalization, semantic layers) Experience with data governance, security, and access control Advanced SQL skills (complex queries, performance tuning) Familiarity with version control and strong technical documentation skills Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders Mandatory Expertise 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Azure ecosystem (ADLS, Azure Synapse, Power BI integration)5+ years of expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, RLS)5+ years of expertise in advanced SQL 5+ years of experience in data modelling and data governance Certifications (Mandatory) Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate Nice to Have: Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate Microsoft Certified: Azure Enterprise Data Analyst Associate Interested or know someone who might be a great fit?
