We're looking for an experienced Data Warehouse & Reporting Developer to help shape a robust, compliant and future-ready Data & AI ecosystem. Location: Brussels, Belgium Focus Areas: Data Governance • Data Quality • Data Lineage • AI Risk & Compliance • GDPR • AI Act What you'll work on Design Data Quality & Health Monitoring processes Develop technical documentation, deployment & configuration support Lead Data Governance initiatives: ➤ Data Quality, Lineage & Observability ➤ Metadata & Data Catalogue Management ➤ GDPR & Personal Data Protection ➤ Access Control, Security & Logging ➤ Best Practices, Training & Culture Enablement Support AI Governance: ➤ AI Ethics & Fairness ➤ AI Act compliance Contribute to Data & AI Risk Management Collaborate closely with project teams What you bring Strong experience in Data Governance / Data Management Expertise with data governance, quality, lineage & metadata tools Solid background in data warehouse architecture & SQL/PostgreSQL/NoSQL Knowledge of GDPR & AI regulatory frameworks Experience with ETL, OLAP, data mining & monitoring techniques Excellent communication + fluent English Interested or know someone who might be a great fit?
