Je zorgt ervoor dat onze dienstverlening perfect aansluit bij hun noden en verwachtingen. Jouw missie? Klantsucces en betrokkenheid naar een hoger niveau tillen. Je bent het aanspreekpunt, de adviseur en de probleemoplosser – kortom, een echte partner voor onze klanten Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van onze dienstverlening met een scherp oog. Je bouwt duurzame vertrouwensrelaties op met klanten via regelmatig contact en een kritische maar constructieve blik. Je promoot actief onze producten en diensten – jij weet wat klanten nodig hebben, vaak nog vóór zij het zelf weten. Je zorgt voor een vlekkeloze implementatie van onze diensten en oplossingen. Je volgt contractbeheer en facturatie nauwgezet op. Je past onze governance-modellen toe alsof je nooit anders hebt gedaan. Je deelt je expertise met klanten én collega’s – want samen weten we meer en staan we sterker. Jij voelt je thuis in een HR-omgeving en/of hebt een stevige onderwijsachtergrond. Probleemoplossend, georganiseerd en hands-on – jij pakt aan en maakt het verschil. Je hebt ervaring met service management en klantgerichte processen. Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Klantgericht en commercieel ingesteld – jij ziet altijd kansen. Wat krijg je in de plaats?
