Als Legal Advisor geef je juridisch advies, stel je contracten op en beoordeel je ze, zorg je voor naleving van wet- en regelgeving en beheer je juridische risico's.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Verstrekken van juridisch advies over verschillende rechtsgebieden (ondernemingsrecht, contractenrecht, compliance).
  • Opstellen, analyseren en onderhandelen van contracten.
  • Zorgen voor naleving van wet- en regelgeving binnen de organisatie.
  • Beheren van juridische risico's en adviseren over risicobeheer.
  • Ondersteunen bij geschillenbeslechting.
  • Samenwerken met externe juridische partners.
  • Bevorderen van interne juridische training en bewustwording.

Profiel:

  • Masterdiploma in de Rechten (LL.M.).
  • 5 jaar juridische ervaring.
  • Kennis van ondernemingsrecht en compliance.
  • Sterke analytische en communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Taalvaardigheid: Nederlands en/of Frans, Engels is een plus.
