Nexeo Belgium is a consulting company supporting clients in the banking, finance, insurance, and public sectors throughout their transformation projects. We are currently looking for a CCE-E IT Risk & Operations Manager to join a Channels and Customer Experience (Enterprises) team. Mission Context The CCE-E teams manage digital channels for the Enterprise customer segment. The mission is to define the digital vision and implement the related roadmap to make banking easier for enterprise clients. You will work in an agile environment, collaborating closely with product experts, process teams, and control functions across multi-disciplinary squads responsible for developing and maintaining all digital channels. Your Responsibilities Asset & Service Management Maintain up-to-date referentials and ensure consistent update processes across the Tribe Ensure applications are well maintained and services properly described, enabling squads to focus on delivering customer value Incident & Problem Management Oversee incident management and restore operations with minimal impact Participate in crisis calls, communicate via digital channels, perform root cause analysis, follow up on corrective actions, and report progress to stakeholders Continuity Management Develop and test disaster recovery scenarios Participate in annual organization-wide disaster recovery exercises Risks & Security Management Collaborate with Security teams on risk management and application security/vulnerability management Ensure timely resolution of security threats and compliance with audit recommendations Support operational efficiency and cybersecurity initiatives Your Profile Languages English – Mandatory French and/or Dutch – Good communication skills Education Master's degree or equivalent experience Experience & Technical Skills Mandatory Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT risk, operations, and digital security Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and tools such as Archer or ServiceNow Strong knowledge of process, risk, and asset management Preferred Experience in reporting management Proven experience in a corporate IT tribe environment Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration Soft Skills Passionate about digital security and process improvement Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills Organized, structured, and calm under time pressure Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Work Setup Hybrid: 50% on-site, 50% remote Why Join Us Join Nexeo Belgium and contribute to high-impact digital channel operations and IT risk management projects for a leading financial organization.
