Als HR Business Partner werk je samen met het managementteam en de zaakvoerders om toptalent aan te trekken, teams te ontwikkelen en onze cultuur te versterken. Je bent zowel strategisch als hands-on, en jouw werkdag varieert van recruitment tot het optimaliseren van processen en het bouwen van duurzame HR-strategieën.
Wij zoeken iemand die…
- Ervaring meebrengt: Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in HR, met een focus op recruitment en employer branding.
- Strategisch én hands-on kan werken: Je denkt mee over HR-beleid en voert ideeën ook zelf uit.
- Talenkennis heeft: Vloeiend Nederlands en Frans, Engels is een pluspunt.
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden bezit: Je bent een verbindende schakel binnen teams en management.
- Flexibel en oplossingsgericht is: Je voelt je thuis in een dynamische werkomgeving.
