Voor onze klant, een sterke speler die actief is in de productie van chemische producten, ben ik op zoek naar een teamleader customer service. Je bent de eindverantwoordelijke binnen jouw team. Je rapporteert aan de customer service manager.
Jouw takenpakket:
- Je volgt de klanten nauwlettend op.
- Je splitst de dagtaken onder jouw team op.
- Je motiveert jouw team.
- Je geeft nieuwe collega's de nodige opleiding.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de verlofplanning en de backupregeling bij afwezigheid van een collega.
- Je denkt na over welke zaken beter kunnen.
- Je volgt de vooropgestelde targets op.
- Je controleert de openstaande facturen.
- Je volgt de stock op.

Wie zoeken wij?
- Je beschikt over een gerelateerde bachelorsdiploma.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels en Frans.
- Je bent communicatief sterk, en beschikt over de nodige organisatorische vaardigheden.
- Je hebt reeds ervaring binnen een leidinggevende functie.
