MARKETING PROJECTS ASSOCIATE

The Marketing Projects Associate is part of the Marketing Projects team, providing support mainly to Brand Management but also to other marketing functions and more general company projects. This role manages multiple projects simultaneously and is in regular contact with third parties to achieve excellence in execution.

Responsibilities include:

  • Development of brand activation programs: Towards internal, consumer and trade with the objective to achieve brand KPIs. Development of permanent and temporary branded POS materials and brand activation materials within budget and set timing.
  • Brand programs implementation: Implementation & tracking of the brand activation programs in close cooperation with the rest of the Marketing & Sales organization. Evaluates programs and highlights improvement points for future programs.
  • Agencies' management: Responsible for the day-to-day management of external agencies, monitoring project progress, supervising related costs, and ensuring timely deliverables.
  • Handling administrative marketing processes and consumer service: Responsible for daily administrative processes (budgets, proof of delivery, project updates) and consumer service responsibilities including handling consumer complaints.
  • Support on other projects: Support and work on other Projects related to other marketing areas and general company projects.

Within 6 months you will:

  • Develop strong communication skills by interacting with various stakeholders.
  • Enhance project management skills by handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Enhance customer focus by developing and executing programs that resonate with internal teams, consumers, and trade partners.

Requirements:

  • HBO / University Degree (preferable in Marketing / Commerce).
  • No previous working experience required or 1-2 years of experience as junior brand manager in FMCG. Internship and/or traineeship in FMCG marketing is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; Dutch/French is a plus.
  • Excellent use of MS Office tools.
