Jouw taken als AR Accounting Manager Leid en ontwikkel een team van 2 FTE in debiteurenadministratie om tijdige incasso en accurate rapportering te garanderen Lever strategische inzichten en verbeteringsaanbevelingen aan management op basis van AR prestaties en cashflow analyse Drive procesverbeteringen in AR systemen en workflows om efficiëntie te verhogen en DSO te verlagen Werk samen met Chief Accountant en finance leadership aan rapportage, forecasting en financiële controles Je floreert in complexe omgevingen, combineert operationele excellentie met strategisch denken, en hebt sterke leiderschapsvaardigheden. Je bent klaar om eigenaarschap te nemen van AR operaties en bij te dragen aan bredere financiële strategie.
