From the company’s EU hub, you will work with colleagues across the EMEA region. What You'll Do: Own and optimize payroll processes for Belgian operations Manage relationships with external payroll and benefits providers Administer and improve employee benefit programs Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies Drive process improvements and automation initiatives What You Bring: 5+ years of experience in Belgian payroll and benefits Strong knowledge of local labour laws and payroll systems Experience working with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, IT) Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable handling confidential data Familiarity with parity rules and international payroll exposure is a plus Languages: Flemish and English needed CV feedback in 24hrs with interviews beginning w/c 3rd & 10th November Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Accounting/Auditing and Finance Industries Chemical Manufacturing, Wholesale Chemical and Allied Products, and Chemical Raw Materials Manufacturing Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at EPM Scientific by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
