Je werkt samen met developers, designers en strategen om resultaten te leveren waar klanten én gebruikers blij van worden. Wie zijn wij? Let's talk about the job Zo ziet je week eruit: Als Functional Analyst bij AMOTEK ben jij de brug tussen business, technologie en de eindgebruiker. Concreet: Je brengt bedrijfsprocessen, userflows en requirements helder in kaart. Je vertaalt complexe noden naar duidelijke functionele en technische analyses. Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen en hoe technologie waarde kan creëren. Jij bewaakt het volledige traject: van concept en planning tot oplevering en evaluatie. Je stelt duidelijke roadmaps op en bepaalt samen met team en klant wat prioriteit krijgt. Je communiceert helder en transparant met klanten, developers, UX, QA en AI-specialisten. Je verdedigt keuzes in boards, creëert draagvlak en zorgt dat iedereen aligned blijft. Je zorgt dat oplossingen passen binnen onze technische standaarden en best practices. Je werkt nauw samen met de technische teams om kwaliteit en duurzaam design te bewaken. Je leidt multidisciplinaire teams en zorgt dat iedereen weet waar naartoe gewerkt wordt. Je houdt budget, planning en scope in balans en stuurt tijdig bij waar nodig. Je coördineert functionele testing en valideert oplossingen voordat ze live gaan. Je ondersteunt eindgebruikers met uitleg, documentatie en training indien nodig. Onze Tech Stack Je hoeft niet alles te coderen, maar je spreekt wel de taal van het team: TypeScript Next.js React Node.js Jij kijkt door twee brillen Organisator: Scope, planning en budget strak onder controle. Strategische denker: Je bouwt mee aan businesswaarde en maakt doordachte technologische keuzes. Let's talk about you 2+ jaar ervaring als Functional Analyst in IT/digitale omgevingen. Ervaring met Agile/Scrum. Je communiceert helder, leidt met vertrouwen en lost problemen proactief op. Je kunt meerdere projecten parallel managen zonder het overzicht te verliezen. Kritische, gestructureerde denker met oog voor detail. Nederlands en Engels zeer vlot. Over de voordelen Naast onze toffe werknemers die elke dag voor sfeer zorgen, kan je dit ook bij ons vinden.
