Bij Belfius Private Banking leggen we ons toe op het ondersteunen van doortastende, ruimdenkende visionairs en ondernemers. We willen ervoor zorgen dat hun rijkdom niet alleen een uitzonderlijk financieel rendement genereert, maar ook een blijvend positief effect heeft op hun gemeenschap. Innovatie staat centraal in onze ethos en we willen gepersonaliseerde en heel relevante Private Banking-oplossingen ontwikkelen voor onze diverse klantsegmenten.
Jouw rol als Go-to-Market Manager bestaat in het uitbouwen van de groeimotor van onze Private & Wealth franchise, het ontwikkelen van strategieën om de werving van klanten te versnellen, klanten van retail banking naar het hogere segment te laten evolueren (upstreamen) en businessklanten tot private & wealth members te maken.
Zodoende speel je tegelijkertijd de rol van architect en meesterdirigent. Je gaat voortdurend transversale teams (product, sales, digital, communicatie, evenementen) briefen, coördineren en aansturen om te zorgen voor focus en coherentie naar één en hetzelfde doel, namelijk het stimuleren van de groei van onze Private & Wealth franchise.

Je kerntaken:
1) Groei-architect:

  1. De algemene ambities vertalen in concrete groeidoelstellingen over 3 belangrijke hefbomen: het aantrekken van nieuwe klanten, het upstreamen vanuit retail banking en het omzetten van businessklanten naar Private & Wealth franchise.
  2. Het definiëren en prioriteren van initiatieven voor marktgroei en het toewijzen van marketingbudgetten om deze doelstellingen te halen.
  3. Het omzetten van onze segmentgedreven waardevoorstellen naar specifieke targeting-, acquisitie- en service-strategieën via de diverse kanalen (banker, call, web, app).
  4. De visie uitwerken voor het doen evolueren van onze digitale kanalen voor Private & Wealth.
  5. De basis leggen voor een efficiënte go-to-market aanpak: CRM-trechter voor het opvolgen van het end-to-end-performance van bewustzijn tot overweging, intentie en uiteindelijk omzetting.
  6. De KPI's uitwerken voor het monitoren van de doeltreffendheid van de go-to-market -strategieën doorheen de trechter.

2) Aansturing van de go-to-market:

  1. Zorgen voor de strategische afstemming en de coördinatie tussen transversale teams: digital, sales, communicatie en evenementen, om gemeenschappelijke doelstellingen te halen.
  2. Betrokkenheid van de stakeholders – eenduidige G2M-strategieën & voortgang communiceren aan interne stakeholders en optreden als verbindingspersoon tussen diverse teams om te zorgen voor een naadloze uitvoering en voor het delen van feedback.
  3. De KPI's van de G2M continu monitoren over de hele trechter, resultaten delen met alle teams en corrigerende maatregelen treffen om waar nodig de prestaties te verbeteren.
  4. Externe samenwerkingsverbanden ontwikkelen en beheren die ons helpen de franchise verder te ontwikkelen.
  5. Onze Private & Wealth communities uitbouwen en begeleiden met op maat gesneden content en evenementenstrategieën die inspelen op segmentspecifieke passies en interesses.
  6. Toezicht houden op de planning en de uitvoering van de marketingcampagnes, zorgen voor de afstemming met de strategische doelstellingen - A/B-tests uitvoeren, prestaties opvolgen en herhalingen optimaliseren.
  7. Op strategisch niveau briefingen geven aan transversale communicatie- en evenementenafdelingen om je visie in werkelijkheid om te zetten en dit opvolgen om de kwaliteit van het eindproduct te waarborgen.

Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn

Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan indien je voldoet aan de volgende voorwaarden:

  1. Je behaalde een master, bij voorkeur in Business Engineering, Marketing of een aanverwant vakgebied.
  2. Je hebt meer dan 5 jaar ervaring met een rol inzake go-to-market, groei of strategische marketing, bij voorkeur in de financiëledienstensector.
  3. Je hebt sterke analytische vaardigheden en ervaring met strategische planning.
  4. Je blinkt uit in het coördineren van transversale teams en het beheren van complexe projecten en haalt daar energie uit.
  5. Je werkt resultaatgericht en hebt een bewezen staat van dienst in succesvolle go-to-market of groei-implementaties.
  6. Je beschikt over sterke communicatie- en presentatievaardigheden in het Nederlands en het Frans.
