Je werkt in een ervaren team binnen een dynamische omgeving waar piekmomenten samen vallen met scheepsvertrekken.Jouw takenpakketAls customer service medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor een nauwkeurige en tijdige verwerking van alle documentatie rond RoRo-zendingen:Registreren van Bill of Lading- en manifestgegevens in interne systemenInterpreteren en verwerken van BL-instructies en certificaatvereistenBegrijpen en opvolgen van specifieke klantvereistenUpdaten van BL-gegevens in diverse systemenUitvoeren van freight comparison rapportages voor datacontroleOpstellen en opvolgen van vrachtfacturenBeheren en corrigeren van manifesten, telex releases en andere document flowsControleren van betalingen alvorens documenten vrij te gevenBewaken van stock van factuur- en BL-documentenCollega’s ondersteunen waar nodig om een vlotte workflow te garanderenJouw profielOpleiding of ervaring in shipping is een sterke troefGoede pc-vaardighedenVlotte kennis van Nederlands, Engels en Frans (mondeling en schriftelijk)Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detailJe kan goed communiceren en schakelt snel tussen takenStressbestendig en in staat om piekmomenten te overbruggenResultaatgericht, gemotiveerd en flexibelTeamplayer met een positieve instellingWat mag je verwachten?Bruto maandloon: € 2.800 – € 3.200, afhankelijk van ervaring2 thuiswerkdagen per week (na inwerkperiode)€ 150 telewerkvergoeding per maandMaaltijdcheques van € 6EcochequesHospitalisatieverzekering (DKV)PensioenverzekeringHet bedrijfJe komt terecht bij een toonaangevende rederij binnen de Ro-Ro (roll-on/roll-off) scheepvaart, met een wereldwijde vloot van pure car- en truck-carriers.
