Nous recherchons un(e) Project Manager expérimenté(e) pour rejoindre une entreprise en plein essor spécialisée dans les bâtiments préfabriqués. Cette société, issue d'une joint-venture, se concentre sur des solutions respectueuses de l'environnement et s'appuie sur une expertise reconnue dans le développement immobilier. Vos missions et responsabilités :

  1. Participer aux réunions avec l'équipe de construction pour collecter les informations nécessaires à la planification des projets.
  2. Appliquer les méthodes de préfabrication et LEAN pour assurer l'efficacité des projets.
  3. Suivre l'exécution des projets en garantissant le respect des délais et des normes de qualité.
  4. Utiliser vos compétences analytiques pour extraire des informations clés et challenger constructivement vos interlocuteurs lors des réunions.
  5. Être proactif(ve) et prendre des initiatives en lien avec vos responsabilités.

Profil idéal :

  1. Expérience : Minimum 3 ans en tant qu'entrepreneur de classe 8 dans la préfabrication, avec une expérience significative en tant que maître d'œuvre.
  2. Langues : Vous parlez couramment le français et le néerlandais; l'anglais est un atout.
  3. Qualifications : Une formation technique pertinente, avec une forte affinité pour la construction sèche et la durabilité.
