Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten uit heel België voor verschillende projecten (vb.: Bpost, BNP, Cambio, …). Je zal moeten schakelen tussen het spreken van Frans en Nederlands om de klanten zo goed mogelijk van dienst te zijn. Je doet meer dan alleen klantenservice. Je zal ernaar streven een unieke, persoonlijke ervaring te bieden aan elke klant die contact opneemt. Buiten het beantwoorden van hun vragen zal je ook proberen begrijpen wat ze nodig hebben.
