What you will do Administer and optimize the Snow Software (Flexera) SAM platform on a daily basis Monitor and ensure software license compliance for key vendors (Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, Adobe) Deliver clear compliance, usage and cost reports to stakeholders Detect over- or under-licensing and define corrective actions Prepare and coordinate vendor audits with internal teams Support Finance and Procurement during contract renewals and negotiations Drive license optimization through reuse and removal of unused assets Stay up to date on evolving licensing models (cloud, subscription, hybrid) What you bring 3–5+ years of experience in Software Asset Management (SAM) or IT Asset Management (ITAM) Strong hands-on expertise with Snow Software (License Manager, Inventory, SAM Intelligence) Solid knowledge of enterprise licensing models (Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, Adobe) Experience in an ITIL / ITSM RUN environment Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel, Power BI or similar) Native French/Dutch + English Structured, compliance-driven and proactive mindset Comfortable working with Finance, Procurement and Legal stakeholders Interested?
