Senior Business Analyst Asset Management | Langdurige opdracht | Brussel Deze vacature is uitgeschreven voor een vaste indienstname of freelance samenwerking. Bij Xelor ga je als Senior Business Analyst op projectbasis aan de slag bij toonaangevende klanten. Je start in een langdurige opdracht in Brussel bij een speler binnen de Belgische energiesector., waar je een sleutelrol opneemt binnen de digitale transformatie van asset gerelateerde processen en systemen. Je komt terecht in een strategisch digitalisatietraject met een duidelijke maatschappelijke impact: het ondersteunen van de energietransitie via performante en toekomstgerichte IT oplossingen. Jouw rol Als Senior Business Analyst fungeer je als brug tussen business en IT binnen complexe digitalisatieprojecten. Je helpt organisaties hun processen te herdenken, structureren en vertalen naar gedragen en implementeerbare IT oplossingen. Concreet betekent dit: • Modelleren en optimaliseren van business processen samen met de business • Capteren en challengen van business noden en deze vertalen naar epics features en user stories • Uitwerken van business en informatiemodellen ter ondersteuning van IT ontwikkeling en datamigraties • Afstemmen en laten valideren van requirements tussen business en IT stakeholders • Valideren van functionele analyses en opvolgen van implementaties • Testen en valideren van releases inclusief ondersteuning tijdens UAT • Actieve bijdrage aan change management inclusief opleiding en ondersteuning van eindgebruikers • Ondersteuning van de business na implementatie van tools Je werkt hierbij samen met functioneel analisten projectleiders architecten en andere IT partners. Jouw profiel • Master in een technische of economische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring • Minstens 10 jaar ervaring als Business Analyst in complexe omgevingen • Sterk analytisch en kritisch denkvermogen je durft te challengen • Ervaring met business process modelling en requirements management • Kennis van BPMN 2.0 en UML Class diagrammen • Ervaring met tools zoals Enterprise Architect Jira en DevOps is een plus • Ervaring binnen de energiesector of met asset referentie systemen is een meerwaarde • Vlot communicatief en sterk in stakeholdermanagement • Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands of Frans en goede kennis van het Engels Praktisch • Startdatum: ASAP • Duurtijd: basiscontract tot januari 2027 met grote kans op verlenging • Werkregime: voltijds • Locatie: regio Brussel • Opdracht met hoge zichtbaarheid en strategische impact Waarom Xelor Bij Xelor kies je voor inhoudelijke projecten, langetermijnrelaties en persoonlijke opvolging.
