Voor onze klant in Brussel gespecialiseerd in brandveiligheid zoeken wij een Project Manager.
Hun core business is om op maat gemaakte oplossingen en services aan te bieden voor branddetectie, spraak gestuurde evacuatie, automatische blussystemen (gas en watermist) en supervisiesystemen.

Job Description:

Als Project Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van projecten bij onze klant regio Brussel.

  1. Je beheert de projecten op technische, financiële en organisatorische vlak.
  2. In overleg met de opdrachtgever en Contract Manager leidt je de projecten van A tot Z, en stuur je daarvoor een aantal medewerkers en onderaannemers aan.
  3. Je verzorgt eveneens de communicatie met de verschillende betrokken partijen en grijpt in bij kritische situaties en bedenkt de nodige oplossingen.
  4. Je staat ook in voor de administratieve verwerking van de projecten en verzamelt tijdens het uitvoeren van de projecten de tekeningen, plannen, programmatie, rapporten, keuringen en ander nuttige informatie.
  5. Tijdens de uitvoering zoek je actief naar uitbreidingen van de opdracht, en zal daar het gepaste gevolg aan geven.
  6. Je verzorgt het proces verbaal van oplevering met de onderaannemers en met de klant.
  7. Na het eind van het project zal je alle uitgevoerde werkzaamheden nakijken en controleren testen, checken van bekabeling en montage.
  8. Je bent dan ook verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van een dossier as-built en een overdracht dossier naar de dienst na verkoop.
  9. Ten allen tijde kijk je toe dat de VCA richtlijnen nageleefd worden.
Candidate Profile:
  1. Je beschikt over een Bachelor, bij voorkeur Elektronica of Elektromechanica.
  2. Je hebt min. 5 jaar ervaring binnen de brandbeveiliging.
  3. Je spreekt vloeiend Frans, kennis van het Engels en Nederlands zijn een pluspunt.
  4. Je bent cijfermatig en beschikt over ervaring met financiële opvolging.
  5. Van nature uit ben je iemand die graag het initiatief neemt en zeer ondernemend is.
  6. Klantgerichtheid staat voor jou centraal.
  7. Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en je weet op verschillende niveaus te luisteren en te onderhandelen.
  8. Gedrevenheid en volharding zijn essentieel.
