Quality Engineer – Manufacturing / Industrial Products Location: Hasselt Salary: €85,000 plus glamorous Benefits About the Role We are looking for a motivated Quality Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing site in Belgium. The role focuses on ensuring the highest product quality, supporting continuous improvement, and collaborating with multiple departments to deliver safe, reliable, and high-standard products to customers. Our organization values innovation, sustainability, and quality, and the Quality team plays a crucial role in maintaining these standards across all operations. Key Responsibilities Inspect and monitor the quality of new or modified products, coordinating with other teams and customers Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems, tools, and processes Identify potential quality issues through data analysis, covering everything from raw materials to finished products Maintain accurate records and data in systems such as PLM or ERP platforms Conduct audits of customers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with quality standards Your Profile Holds a master's degree (preferably in chemical, engineering, or related fields) or has equivalent experience Has knowledge of quality methodologies such as APQP, PPAP, SPC Is familiar with automotive or industrial quality standards (e.g., IATF16949) Speaks fluent Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus Possesses strong analytical skills and can draw actionable conclusions from data Is proactive, detail-oriented, and always seeks optimization opportunities Can travel occasionally, primarily within Europe Benefits Meal vouchers (e.g., €8 per working day) Group and hospitalization insurance Extra leave days beyond statutory holidays Bicycle allowance if commuting by bike Opportunities for personal and professional development Dynamic, international work environment with collaborative colleagues
