Quality Engineer – Manufacturing / Industrial ProductsLocation: HasseltSalary: €85,000 plus glamorous BenefitsAbout the RoleWe are looking for a motivated Quality Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing site in Belgium. The role focuses on ensuring the highest product quality, supporting continuous improvement, and collaborating with multiple departments to deliver safe, reliable, and high-standard products to customers.Our organization values innovation, sustainability, and quality, and the Quality team plays a crucial role in maintaining these standards across all operations.Key ResponsibilitiesInspect and monitor the quality of new or modified products, coordinating with other teams and customersDevelop, implement, and maintain quality systems, tools, and processesIdentify potential quality issues through data analysis, covering everything from raw materials to finished productsMaintain accurate records and data in systems such as PLM or ERP platformsConduct audits of customers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with quality standardsYour ProfileHolds a master’s degree (preferably in chemical, engineering, or related fields) or has equivalent experienceHas knowledge of quality methodologies such as APQP, PPAP, SPCIs familiar with automotive or industrial quality standards (e.g., IATF16949)Speaks fluent Dutch and English; additional languages are a plusPossesses strong analytical skills and can draw actionable conclusions from dataIs proactive, detail-oriented, and always seeks optimization opportunitiesCan travel occasionally, primarily within EuropeBenefitsMeal vouchers (e.g., €8 per working day)Group and hospitalization insuranceExtra leave days beyond statutory holidaysBicycle allowance if commuting by bikeOpportunities for personal and professional developmentDynamic, international work environment with collaborative colleagues
