Your impact As a Digital Workplace Lead Engineer, you’ll make an impact by: Leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of digital workplace solutions across audiovisual, collaboration, and connectivity domains. Driving the transition from in-house services to a managed service model, ensuring seamless handover, operational excellence, and supplier accountability. Managing external suppliers and service providers, ensuring SLAs are met and value is delivered consistently. Acting as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions and ensuring alignment with IT strategy. Establishing and maintaining a structured way of working, including documentation, process governance, and performance tracking. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience across all digital workplace services. About you - You have a proven track record in digital workplace engineering, with deep expertise in: Windows 10/11 and MacOS operating system management. Microsoft 365 collaboration suite (Teams, SharePoint, ..). End-user devices (laptops, mobile devices, peripherals) and endpoint management in Workspace ONE and Intune. End-user device hardware support and recommendations. Mobile application management with Apple Store Connect and Google Play store. Group Policy Object management in Active Directory. Application packaging with scripting tools like PowerShell. Audiovisual systems and collaboration tools. Networking fundamentals relevant to workplace connectivity and performance. - You have experience managing suppliers in a managed service environment, including contract negotiation, performance management, and service transition. - You are a structured and proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. - You are an excellent communicator, able to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - You hold a relevant degree in IT, engineering, or equivalent through experience - You are fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus.
