Over de functie Als Project Manager speel je een sleutelrol in het plannen, coördineren en opleveren van projecten.

Je brengt structuur, duidelijkheid en alignment tussen teams, wat zorgt voor een vlotte uitvoering en echte businesswaarde. Afhankelijk van de opdracht kan je verantwoordelijkheden opnemen van klassieke PM-, PMO- of Product Owner-rollen. Verantwoordelijkheden Coördineren van projectactiviteiten en ondersteuning van end-to-end delivery. Helpen of leiden bij het opstellen van projectplannen, roadmaps en planningen.

Beheren van scope, risico's, timings en afhankelijkheden. Faciliteren van refinement-sessies, workshops en stakeholdermeetings. Rapporten, dashboards en KPI-updates voorbereiden voor het management. Resourceplanning, budgeting en performancetracking ondersteunen of leiden.

User stories schrijven en verfijnen, backlogs prioriteren (in PO-type opdrachten). Zorgen voor duidelijke communicatie tussen business, IT en stakeholders. Bijdragen aan continue verbetering van processen en projectgovernance. Profiel Je hebt een Masterdiploma.

Minstens 2 jaar ervaring als Project Manager, PMO of Product Owner. Begrip van projectmanagementmethodologieën (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Vermogen om deadlines, risico's, scope en stakeholderverwachtingen te beheren. Ervaring met tools zoals JIRA, MS Project, Confluence of gelijkaardig.

Sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden. In staat om informatie te structureren en duidelijk te presenteren aan diverse doelgroepen. Ervaring met backlog management, user stories of sprint planning is een plus. Proactief, georganiseerd en comfortabel om autonoom te werken.

Vloeiend in het Nederlands en goede kennis van het Frans is een plus.
