We're hiring an AI Project Manager - FR At eXalt Belgium, we support organisations in delivering high-impact digital and AI initiatives. As AI topics continue to grow in scale and visibility, we are expanding our consulting team with an AI Project Manager who enjoys bringing structure, alignment and clarity to complex initiatives. Your role Drive and coordinate multiple AI initiatives within client environments Structure project follow-up, reporting and communication Prepare and present clear project status updates to steering committees and management Act as a trusted interface between business teams, AI experts and stakeholders Identify risks (testing, quality, usage) and support mitigation actions Ensure AI initiatives progress smoothly and create tangible business value Typical initiatives you may support AI knowledge assistants connected to internal documentation Web scraping solutions with validation and control mechanisms AI foundations such as Copilot, chat tools and prompt libraries Business-driven AI use cases focused on applicability and adoption What we're looking for 4 to 8+ years of experience in Project Management / Project Leadership Native French or Dutch, with professional working proficiency in English Strong communication and synthesis skills Comfortable presenting and interacting with senior stakeholders Able to navigate AI topics without being a technical implementer Pragmatic, structured and delivery-oriented
