À propos du poste En tant que Project Manager, vous jouez un rôle clé dans la planification, la coordination et la livraison des projets. Vous apportez structure, clarté et alignement entre les équipes, garantissant une exécution fluide et une réelle valeur business. Selon la mission, vous pouvez assumer des responsabilités relevant du PM classique, du PMO ou du Product Owner. Responsabilités Coordonner les activités projet et soutenir la livraison de bout en bout. Contribuer ou diriger la création de plans de projet, roadmaps et plannings. Gérer le scope, les risques, les délais et les dépendances. Animer des ateliers, des sessions de refinement et des réunions avec les parties prenantes. Préparer des rapports, tableaux de bord et mises à jour KPI pour le management. Contribuer ou diriger la planification des ressources, le budget et le suivi des performances. Rédiger et affiner des user stories, prioriser les backlogs (dans les missions de type PO). Assurer une communication claire entre le business, l'IT et les stakeholders. Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus et de la gouvernance projet. Profil Vous êtes titulaire d'un Master. Minimum 2 ans d'expérience en tant que Project Manager, PMO ou Product Owner. Bonne compréhension des méthodologies de gestion de projet (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Capacité à gérer délais, risques, périmètre et attentes des parties prenantes. Expérience avec des outils tels que JIRA, MS Project, Confluence ou équivalents. Excellentes compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes. Capacité à structurer l'information et à la présenter clairement à différents publics. Expérience en backlog management, user stories ou sprint planning est un atout. Proactif(ve), organisé(e) et à l'aise pour travailler de manière autonome. Maîtrise du néerlandais et bonne connaissance du français sont un plus.
