Als financieel controller ben je verantwoordelijk voor het toezicht op financiële activiteiten en het waarborgen van nauwkeurige rapportage. Op die manier lever je een cruciale bijdrage aan het financiële succes en de continuïteit van het bedrijf.
Takenpakket
- Leveren van tijdige en nauwkeurige financiële rapporten, gegroeid uit een grondige analyse van balansgegevens, met aandacht voor registratie, afstemming, beheer en naleving van voorschriften.
- Uitvoeren van maandelijkse en/of jaarlijkse afsluitingen om een helder financieel beeld te garanderen.
- Actief beheren van werkkapitaal, inclusief debiteuren, crediteuren en voorraadbeheer, om de financiële gezondheid te optimaliseren.
- Initiëren en leiden van procesoptimalisaties om workflows te stroomlijnen en operationele efficiëntie te vergroten.
- Ondersteunen van auditprocessen en zorgen voor volledige auditnaleving, waarbij wordt gestreefd naar continue verbetering en kwaliteitsborging.
Vereisten:
- Bachelor of Master is (bijvoorbeeld in Accountancy-Fiscaliteit, Handelswetenschappen, TEW, enz.).
- Bij voorkeur heb je al ervaring opgedaan in audit of controlling.
- Je bent een stressbestendige teamplayer die initiatief durft te nemen om zichzelf verder te ontwikkelen.
- Je zult werken in een omgeving met veel eigen verantwoordelijkheid en zelfstandigheid, met een vlakke hiërarchie die past bij de directe en efficiënte bedrijfscultuur.
- Je krijgt uitstekende groeiperspectieven binnen een dynamische sector.
Het salarispakket is aantrekkelijk en marktconform, gebaseerd op jouw kennis en ervaring. Daarnaast bieden ze riante extralegale voordelen, waaronder een bedrijfswagen, groeps- en hospitalisatieverzekering, pensioenplan, netto-onkostenvergoeding van €50 per dag, maaltijdcheques ter waarde van €8 per dag, ecocheques van €250 per jaar, een kortingskaart voor een grootwarenhuis en een voordelige leasing van een fiets.
