You’ll ensure smooth HR operations, provide excellent employee support, and help Rombit continue to attract and retain great talent.You’ll work closely with and report to the Rombit Management Team.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & OnboardingManage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver a great candidate experience.Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure new joiners feel welcome and supported.HR Administration & ComplianceHandle the administrative aspects of the employee lifecycle — contracts, amendments, leave, benefits, and offboarding.Maintain accurate and compliant employee records.Ensure compliance with Belgian labor law and company policies.Payroll & BenefitsManage our payroll process: manage the preparation and processing of the monthly payroll in close collaboration with our external payroll partner.Manage time registration, absences, benefits, and social declarations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all payroll-related data.Fleet ManagementAdminister and manage the company’s vehicle fleet, including contracts, insurance, and maintenance follow-up.Act as main contact for employees and leasing partners.People & Culture InitiativesSupport engagement, wellbeing, and internal communication initiatives.Help organize team events and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.Contribute to employer branding and HR projects that strengthen Rombit’s people experience.Your ProfileBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Office Management, or a related field.min. 5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar operational HR role.Strong knowledge of Belgian labor law, payroll processes, and HR best practices.Experience with recruitment and onboarding.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Hands-on, service-oriented, and discreet.Fluent in Dutch and English.FulltimeWhy Join Us?Work in a vibrant, innovative, and international environment that makes industrial work safer and smarter.Be part of a supportive, down-to-earth team where initiative and ownership are valued.Work location: Bredastraat, AntwerpGrow your career in a company where your impact truly matters.Starting date Q1 2026
