TaakomschrijvingAls Account Lead bij Care Talents draag je verantwoordelijkheid voor jouw accounts en de projectmedewerkers. Je coördineert diverse activiteiten en fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor de medewerkers van Care Talents.
HR-opvolgingSamen met de HR Lead plaats je de juiste zorg- of verpleegkundigen bij de juiste projecten op basis van hun ervaring en competenties.
CommercieelJouw taken zijn onder meer het voeren van sollicitatiegesprekken bij klanten, het matchen van projectmedewerkers met passende vacatures en het onderhouden van contact met ziekenhuizen en woonzorgcentra.

- We bieden oplossingen aan binnen project staffing, interim en werving & selectie.
- We hebben een sterk groeiverhaal in binnen- en buitenland.
- Jij hebt een sterke affiniteit of interesse in de medische sector.
- Jij hebt al ervaring in een commerciële omgeving, een eerste ervaring in accountmanagement is een absolute troef.
- Een eerste ervaring binnen HR-dienstverlening is belangrijk.
- Jij bent uitermate gedreven en enthousiast en je bent empathisch en attent naar anderen.
- Jouw primaire focus ligt op de wijze waarop jij onze medewerkers kunt helpen slagen en tevens groeien.
- Jij weet hoe je resultaten moet boeken in nauwe samenwerking met de HR-verantwoordelijke.
- Jij zoekt actief naar manieren om meer vraaguitgaande perspectieven te scheppen voor jouw team.
