Manager Vers Als Manager Vers begeleid je de klanten tijdens het keuzeproces en zorg je ervoor dat het assortiment up-to-date blijft dankzij je inzicht in de lokale klantbehoeften. Je bent in staat om winkelprocessen te begrijpen en in goede banen te leiden. Hierdoor verwelkom je samen met je team de klanten in een perfect gevulde en ordelijke winkel. Je bent een ervaren coördinator met een passie voor mensen. Termen als klantvriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid zijn je op het lijf geschreven. Dankzij jouw begeleiding levert jouw team een snelle, correcte en vriendelijke service. Zelf steek je ook graag de handen uit te mouwen en spring je in waar nodig. Je werkt graag in een veranderlijke omgeving, zonder je vast te pinnen op één bepaalde winkel. Bovendien ben je door je enthousiasme de ideale persoon om het team aan te sturen. Als Manager Vers ben je bereid om in wisselende shiften te werken tussen 6 uur ’s ochtends en 8 uur ’s avonds. En aangezien Albert Heijn 7 dagen per week geopend is, ben je beschikbaar van maandag tot zondag, in een werkweek van 5 dagen. Jouw profiel Je hebt een diploma secundair onderwijs Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend Je barst van de energie en wil het elke dag beter doen. Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail. Je bent stressbestendig en kunt snel schakelen binnen verschillende situaties.
