Roles & Responsibilities Elicit, analyze, document, and manage business, stakeholder, solution, and transition requirements Maintain and update issue overviews (DRQ, DQI, KYC remediation, etc.) Collaborate with product owners, architects, project managers, and stakeholders Analyze and design new or improved business processes Define detailed product requirements, functional specifications, and use cases Support definition of metrics and performance goals Ensure clear transition of requirements to design and development teams Translate requirements into test conditions and expected results Manage requirements traceability and impact analysis Participate in quality and design reviews Plan and execute the business analysis strategy across the project lifecycle Coordinate with internal and external delivery teams Act as liaison between business and technical teams Skills Strong experience in Business Analysis within banking and financial security Profound knowledge of KYC and AML Advanced MS Office skills Advanced Microsoft Excel Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint Strong analytical and conceptual thinking Structured and methodical approach Problem-solving mindset Ability to work independently Strong negotiation and persuasion skills Quality-focused with attention to detail Goal-oriented and adaptable to change
