Get in touch now.What you will doLead complex IT application projects from idea to delivery in a hybrid agile environmentTranslate business needs into structured plans, timelines, and business casesOwn end-to-end IT delivery: scope, budget, risks, GDPR, and governanceCoordinate architects, analysts, developers, infrastructure teams, and vendorsAct as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT delivery teamsPrepare and lead steering committees with senior managementSupport portfolio structuring, resource forecasting, and delivery maturityContinuously improve ways of working within an agile/waterscrum frameworkWhat you bring8+ years of experience managing IT application projects in complex environmentsAt least 2 years working in an agile or hybrid agile setupStrong stakeholder management skills up to CIO, CISO, and DPO levelHands-on mindset with ownership beyond classic project management tasksProven ability to structure ambiguity and drive deliveryExperience with enterprise tools (e.g. SAP, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow)Fluent in English, Dutch, and FrenchWillingness to travel regularly across BelgiumInterested?
